acts and acts of terror which may effect the business.
The Business Continuation Plan (BCP) is
based on Continuation of the Business as a whole. It is aimed at
defining Crisis Management Reporting, Emergency Management Reporting,
coordination centers, reporting structures, reporting contact numbers,
identification of alternate locations for business continuation,
management structures and coordination centers. The BCP is focused on
contingency planning which will enable the business to be up and
running in the shortest possible time. Identification and consolidation
of existing disaster planning into concise BCP applications based on

DRP/ERP goes hand in hand with the BCP applications. The ERP / DRP is
aimed at staff education and implementation of an annual emergency

SECURITY COMPLIANCE
The Security Awareness Compliance is a
conventional prevention strategy aimed at providing a prospective home
owner, ex-pat or key role player in an organisation with an unbiased
security assessment of the new infrastructure, providing assistance
with armed response companies and to provide the prospective home owner
with practical pro-active security advise. The Compliance is based on
the three E's namely Engineering, Education and Enforcement.
